Now forming the first cohorts

A small group of women, led by a psychologist, and 8 weeks to think clearly about the menopause transition.

Welcome to Great Adaptations Psychology, a virtual group therapy practice for women navigating the psychological challenges from perimenopause to postmenopause.

How it works

A closed cohort of 6 to 8 women who move through the 8-week program together. The same group meets every week, so it is a small, consistent space rather than a drop-in class.

8 weekly virtual sessions of 60 minutes each, held on Zoom and led by a licensed psychologist and supervised by Dr. Chantal Bushelle.

The 8-week program is where every member starts. Many continue in an ongoing group afterward.
